The ladies of First Baptist meet socially each month.  During these meetings, they discuss upcoming missions to support and they prepare tray favors for nursing homes in the area.  Each year they host a pie auction where members of the church donate home baked or canned items to be auctioned to participants.  It is not unusual to have a pie purchased for hundreds of dollars.  The money raised is used to support various missions.  The club is non-profit and every penny is used in a charitable manner.
