    The annual spaghetti dinner was held on April 9, 2016. The sauce was great, the staff was friendly, how much better can it get? Don’t miss it next year!

  • Sister Act- chancel drama March 13, 2016

    The drama “Sister Act” was presented in our contemporary worship service as a kickoff to the sermon entitled “It’s Called Life: Broken Relationships.”  The sermon was part of a series.  The drama was performed by Rox and Dar who were dysfunctional sisters.

  • Lenten Service Drama 2016

    “The Sign” drama took place in our sanctuary during our Lenten service on February 28, 2016.  It was about a Jewish sign painter forced by a Roman centurion to paint a sign for Jesus’ cross.

  • Ringing the Bell 2016

    Members rang the bell for the Salvation Army at two locations during the month of December.

  • Refresh Project

  • Touring the local Youth Drop In Center

    Members of our congregation toured the local center for youth.  The center is located downtown Delavan on Park Street, behind the elephant statue and is a place for kids to go and feel welcomed.  Bible study is also provided nightly.  

  • Blessings In A Backpack

    Our congregation members pack backpacks at Turtle Creek Elementary School.  The backpacks are filled with food items for the children to provide food for them over the weekend.  Our church provides the food and volunteers from our church put the various food items in a bag and then it is put in their lockers for […]

  • Walworth County Tractor Shuttle

    Members of the congregation volunteered to drive or ride the tractor shuttle that took people from the parking lot to the fairgrounds for the Walworth County Fair on opening day of the fair 2015!

  • Vacation Bible School 2015

    Vacation Bible School was held August 4-6th, 2015.  We had an opening, songs, lesson, snacks and then our field trip.  Field trips this year included swimming, a farm visit and games in the park.  A special thank you to Fritz, Jim and Jean Baker for their hospitality on the farm!  It was a great visit!

  • Relay For Life 2015

    Our church loose change offering for two months went to support two team members from our church for Relay for Life.  Relay For Life raises money for cancer research.  

  • Brewer Game 2015

    Members of the congregation attended a Brewer Game on Saturday July 18, 2015.  Tailgating was prior to the game!

  • Washington, North Carolina Mission Trip 2015

    In  April, 2015 a team of 9 people went to Washington North Carolina to do tornado repair work on homes that had been destroyed.  Our church worked specifically on a new home that had been built since their previous home had been destroyed by the tornado and moved 6 feet off its foundation.  Our work […]

  • Spaghetti Dinner 2015

    The churche’s annual Spaghetti Dinner was held on April 11, 2015.  Money raised during this event went to the general fund and the Rachel Circle.  

  • Men’s Group Jet Hockey Outing 2015

    Men from our church attended a Jet Hockey Game on March 24, 2015!

  • 175th Anniversary Celebration with Governor Scott Walker

    Our church celebrated it’s 175th Anniversary with the Governor Scott Walker in attendance.  Scott’s father Pastor Llew Walker was the pastor at our church for many years.  

  • Feed My Starving Children Food Pack

    Our congregation united with 7 other churches here in Delavan for a joint mission event.  The event was to pack 100,000 bags of dried food items for hungry children around the world.   • Vacation Bible School 2014

    Vacation Bible School was held August 4-6, 2014.  Each day started with an opening of songs led by Lisa.  We then worked on our mission project {cards for Inspiration Ministries residents} followed by class then a field trip.  This year we toured the Fire Station, went on Dave’s pontoon boat and swimming at Inspiration Ministries.   • Brewer Game 2014

    Members of congregation attended a Brewer game and tailgate on July 25th, 2014.  

  • 2014 Graduates

    Our church recognized two graduates this June.  Anashi Allen is a high school graduate and Mandi Arntz is a college graduate. The recent graduates were recognized during the worship service and a fellowship time of cake followed in the fellowship hall.

  • Touring “The Treehouse”

    A group of of congregation toured the Walworth County “Treehouse” a facility that provides holistic care to yuth and children who have experienced abuse.  The care also extends to the victim’s family.
